Availability of CorpMaxLaw services is limited to residents and businesses operating within Canada unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2Account Management

Certain services require creating an account to facilitate communication, service delivery, and billing management.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current account information, including contact and payment details.

Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials is the client's obligation to prevent unauthorized access to their account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing login information or account credentials is prohibited.

In the event of unauthorized account access, clients must immediately notify CorpMaxLaw to implement protective measures.

CorpMaxLaw reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms or present security concerns.

3Service Description

CorpMaxLaw provides expert corporate legal advisory and support services encompassing compliance, contract review, regulatory guidance, and dispute resolution.

Service offerings and features may be updated to respond to evolving legal frameworks and client needs; clients will be duly informed.

Service access may be subject to scheduled maintenance or unexpected interruptions; CorpMaxLaw strives to minimize downtime.

4Rules of Conduct

Clients agree to adhere to professional standards and ethical conduct when engaging with CorpMaxLaw services.

• Do not submit fraudulent or misleading information.
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality.
• Avoid use of services for unlawful activities.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior or harassment.
• Comply with all applicable Canadian laws during service use.
• Maintain accurate communication and contact details.
• Report any suspicious or unauthorized activity promptly.

5User Content

Clients may provide documents, data, or information necessary for legal analysis or services.

Clients retain ownership of their content but grant CorpMaxLaw a license to use such content solely for service delivery.

This license is non-exclusive, revocable, and limited to purposes consistent with the contractual agreement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their submissions do not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.

CorpMaxLaw may remove or refuse content deemed inappropriate or in violation of terms without prior notice.

6Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary content, software, and materials provided by CorpMaxLaw remain the exclusive property of the firm and are protected under intellectual property laws.

7Paid Services
